Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a furnace falling method. The furnace falling method comprises the following steps: 1, placing a driving side foundation and a non-driving side foundation on the left side and the right side of a jack horse, and correspondingly placing a driving side bearing base pedestal and a non-driving side bearing base pedestal at the upper part of the jack horse; 2, erecting the jack horse, and placing jacks between upright columns of the jack horse and a converting furnace; 3, drawing a horizontal reference line at a 500mm position of each of the four upright columns from the top surface, and according to a principle that each furnace falling amount does not surpass 3mm of the length of the upright column, drawing angle lines, wherein starting ends of the angle lines start from an endpoint of the horizontal reference line and endpoints of the angle lines reach the edge of the upright column, and the number of the angle lines is set according to the total furnace falling length; 4, connecting the driving side bearing base pedestal and the non-driving side bearing base pedestal with a driving side bearing base and a non-driving side bearing base through bolts before furnace falling, and alternately falling the furnace by thermally melting the upright columns by using a cutting gun in a sequence from a driving side to a non-driving side until the driving side bearing base and the non-driving side bearing base fall down to the driving side bearing base pedestal and the non-driving side bearing base pedestal. The furnace falling method is low in construction cost, safe and reliable. |
