Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a melamine formaldehyde mould plastic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by adopting boron-modified melamine formaldehyde resin as matrix resin, adding reinforced fibers, inorganic filler and auxiliaries, and performing a kneading process and a plastifying process, thereby preparing the melamine formaldehyde mould plastic. The melamine formaldehyde mould plastic prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has excellent heat resistance and dimension stability as well as relatively good mechanical performance.
