Zusammenfassung:	A provided packaging membrane composition for a solar cell module comprises transparent resin accounting for 80-99% by weight of the composition, a granular high-molecular particle accounting for 0.5-10% by weight of the composition, and an additive accounting for 0.1-5% by weight of the composition. Light refraction is regulated and controlled by means of the light scattering regulation and control mechanism of the granular high-molecular particle, the probability of the solar cell module receiving light is increased, and therefore the light conversion efficacy of a cell is improved.
