Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of low-smoke, flame retardant powdered styrene butadiene rubber with maximum smoke density less than 150 and oxygen index more than 40%. The invention uses styrene-butadiene latex, acid anhydride and a halogenation agent for a halogenated acylation reaction, then a smoke suppressant is subjected to esterification, and the halogenated acylated styrene butadiene latex and the functional smoke suppressant are mixed and directly agglomerated into a powder. The method effectively solves the problem of uneven dispersion, migration and precipitation of the smoke suppressant in the rubber matrix, and at the same time, flame retardant group halogen is embedded into the molecular main chain of the powdered styrene butadiene rubber, so as to endow the powdered styrene butadiene rubber with the characteristics of low smoke, high efficiency and durability. |
