Alkyd acrylic ester and photocureable coating thereof

The invention discloses an alkyd acrylic ester. Alkyd resin is prepared from polyhydric alcohols, polyatomic acid and fatty acid under the action of a catalyst, is cooled, and is added with acrylic acid (or methacrylic acid), so as to prepare alkyd acrylic ester resin. The alkyd acrylic ester resin disclosed by the invention is taken as a main film-forming matter; a pigment and a filler, an assistant and an active diluent are added, so as to prepare into photocureable plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and a metal coating, particularly, a coating for the rear of a mirror; the requirements of a widescreen coating pipeline coating process with the maximal length being 3m can be met; complete drying can be achieved when the energy reaches over 1,000mJ/cm ; the cured film is excellent in corrosion resistant performance; the salt fog resistance and the wet heat resistance can reach over 240 hours; the edging and engraving processes of downstream customers can be met; a border is not darkened; and a coating is not corroded.
