Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for forming regular convex blocks on glaze of ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a blank, spraying first glaze slip consisting of vanadium pentoxide, antimonous oxide, titanium dioxide, feldspar, clay, limestone, quartz, talc, sodium borate and ceramic pigment, pasting a cotton yarn mesh which is dipped in stearic acid ointment, soaking in second glaze slip consisting of feldspar, clay, limestone, quartz, talc, calcium phosphate and sodium borate, and sintering at 1250-1280 DEG C, thereby forming the regular convex blocks. Grid shaped grooves are formed in the glaze of a finished product, the convex blocks are arranged outside the grooves, the corners of the convex blocks are smooth without hand cutting feeling when being touched by hand, the depth of the grooves is generally identical to the thickness of a second glaze layer, and the effect of stereoscopic relief is achieved. |
