Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dry granular additive for full polishing of ceramic tiles and a preparation method of the dry granular additive. The dry granular additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3-0.6% of LiO2, 1-2% of Na2O, 3-40% of BaO, 20-25% of Al2O3, 35-42% of SiO2 and 4-6% of MgO, and the dry granular additive is prepared by use of the steps of mixing, melting, water quenching, drying, dry pelleting and the like. The dry granular additive is added to full polishing of ceramic tiles so as to improve the hardness and wear-resisting properties of the full-polished ceramic tiles. According to the preparation method of the dry granular additive, glass melt is crushed into transparent granules by use of the water quenching process, and therefore, the secondary pollution of glassy water is avoided and energy is saved for subsequent drying and crushing. |
