Zusammenfassung:The invention provides anhydrous taphole clay. The anhydrous taphole clay is prepared by taking 20-24 parts by weight of high-aluminum aggregate, 23-24 parts by weight of corundum, 20-25 parts by weight of silicon carbide, 3-5 parts by weight of boron nitride, 6-8 parts by weight of asphalt and 8-10 parts by weight of coke as main raw materials and carrying out synergic coordination of additives namely 5-8 parts by weight of soft clay and 14-15 parts by weight of tar by virtue of burdening, mud grinding and molding. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anhydrous taphole clay. The preparation method comprises the following steps of uniformly stirring the raw materials to obtain the mixed raw materials; transferring the mixed raw materials into a clay rolling machine and grinding for 40-50 minutes at 45-55 DEG C; transferring the ground clay material into a molding machine, extruding the clay at 55-65 DEG C clay-extruding opening, cutting the material block according to 5-7kg per block and carrying clay beating treatment for at least 10 times to obtain the anhydrous taphole clay. The taphole clay prepared by the preparation method, which is disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of high strength, good volume stability, strong slag resistance and erosion resistance and good opening performance.
