Manufacturing method of sanding-free burning-resistant superfine fireproof plate

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a sanding-free burning-resistant superfine fireproof plate. The method comprises the sequential steps of: fireproof slurry stirring, molding and thickness fixing, demoulding, drying curing and trimming. The molding and thickness fixing step is mainly as below: placing a flat template on the bottom layer of a mold holder of the fireproof plate for to be molded, pouring the prepared fireproof slurry into the mold holder, accumulating a predetermined thickness on the surface of the template, covering a cladding layer on the upper edge of the fireproof slurry, applying vibration or rolling dynamic pressure on the upper edge of the cladding layer by a presser, so that the fireproof slurry firmly contacts with the template. Through the molding and thickness fixing step, the surface of the corresponding template is smooth after completion of the fireproof plate, and no additional sanding process is required, so as to enhance the manufacture efficiency and quality of the fireproof plate.
