Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method capable of increasing mineral powder mixing amount of road cement. The method comprises the steps of adjusting gradation of a mill: arranging an activated flow limiting ring in a fine grinding bin for powder milling, flow control and raising, adjusting gradation of a grinding body in the mill according to varieties of a material and the cement, adjusting technological parameters including the size of a screening device, ventilation in the mill and mill speed according to parameters of the material to optimize powder selecting efficiency of the mill, calibrating and inspecting a measurement weigher regularly, improving clinker strength, and adjusting the mixing amount of granulated blast-furnace slag powder to allow the weight percentages of the granulated blast-furnace slag powder, gypsum and clinker to be 7.9%, 5.0% and 87.7% respectively. The method capable of increasing the mineral powder mixing amount of the road cement can overcome the defects of unreasonable mill gradation, poor measurement accuracy, low clinker strength and the like in the prior art to achieve the advantages of reasonable mill gradation, high measurement accuracy and high clinker strength. |
