The mineral powder mixing amount improving process comprises the following steps: adjusting the grading of a mill, namely arranging an activation flow-limiting ring in a fine grinding bin to realize powder milling, flow controlling and material raising; adjusting the grading of a grinding body in the mill according to material and cement varieties; comprehensively adjusting material parameters including the process parameters of the sizes of screening devices, in-mill ventilation and rotational speed of the mill to optimize the powder selecting efficiency of the mill; periodically calibrating and checking a dosing scale; improving the clinker strength; adjusting the mixing amount of granulated blast-furnace slag powder to enable the weight percentages of the granulated blast-furnace slag powder, gypsum and clinker to be respectively 8.4%, 4.5% and 87.1% in sequence. According to the invention, the defects that a mill in the prior art is unreasonable in grading, poor in metering accuracy, low in clinker strength and the like are overcome, and the advantages that the mill is reasonable in grading, excellent in metering accuracy and high in clinker strength are achieved. |
