The invention relates to a special system for reduction treatment of building waste mud. The special system is characterized by comprising a pretreatment system (1), a chemicals adding system (2), a dehydration separation system (3) and a water reuse system (4), wherein the output end of the pretreatment system (1) is connected to the dehydration separation system (3); a clear liquid output end of the dehydration separation system (3) is connected to the water reuse system (4); the output end of the water reuse system (4) is connected to the chemicals adding system (2) and the pretreatment system (1). According to the special system, two products including low-moisture-content residue soil and clear liquid are generated, the clear liquid can be reused on the site or directly drained outwards, and the residue soil can be directly loaded in trucks to be transported outwards; the volume of the residue soil is reduced by 40%-60% relative to the volume of mud which needs to be transported outwards before, the transportation cost is lowered, and the transportation efficiency is improved; furthermore, no water drops from the residue soil and the residue soil cannot be leaked and dispersed after being loaded by the trucks, so that the environmental pollution is avoided.
