Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of metal materials and discloses a water-washing separation method of high-purity iron oxide red. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and grinding iron oxide red and water, adding an iron-containing electrolyte solution into water-washed iron oxide red slurry and stirring; (2) standing the slurry for 10-15 hours, separating an iron red material precipitated in the lower layer from a water washing solution in the upper layer, and respectively treating according to steps (a) and (b): (a) drying a filter cake obtained after press-filtering the an iron red material precipitated in the lower layer; (b) separating filtrate from a solid iron oxide red material in the water washing solution in the upper layer by using filter equipment, and discharging the filtrate; (3) recycling the liquid separated by a press filter in the step (a) in the step (2); treating according to the method of the step (b) in the step (2); recycling the solid iron oxide red material obtained in the step (b) in the step (2) and repeating the step (2). By using the method for treatment, the loss rate of the iron oxide red is reduced to be below 1% in a solid and liquid separation procedure of the water washing step, and the problem of wastewater emission in the aspect of environmental protection is solved. |
