Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ion-doped ZrWMoO8 complex-phase controlled expansion material and a prepration method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving zirconium oxychloride and aluminium nitrate into 100-150mL of distilled water, so as to prepare a solution A; dissolving ammonium paratungstate, ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate and ammonium metavanadate into 100-150mL of distilled water, heating and dissolving to obtain a solution B; dripping the solutions A and B to 50mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and mixing evenly, transferring to a rotary evaporator and evaporating, so as to obtain mixed powder; drying, milling, and burning in a muffle furnace at 550-650 DEG C for 2-3 hours; putting the obtained precursor powder into a mold, and pressing into a cylindrical sample; and putting into a platinum crucible, burning in a resistance furnace at 940-970 DEG C for 2 hours, taking out and cooling to room temperature. By adopting a method for in-situ synthesis of composite materials together with solid solution preparation, preparation of a matrix phase, a dispersion phase and the composite materials is finished by one step; the phases are dispersed evenly; the porosity of the cross section is reduced along with increase of ion mixing amount; the compactness is increased; the breaking strength is increased; and the good sintering effect gradually is achieved. |
