Fiber placement tension control system

The invention provides a fiber placement tension control system. The system comprises an upper computer, a controller, an A/D converter, a D/A converter, a power amplifier, a torque motor, a fiber coil, a tension sensor and an amplifier. The system has the advantages that due to the fact that the tension controller which can control tension accurately is arranged on a fiber placement machine, efficiency and reliability of the system are guaranteed, tracking of the quality of composite material products is facilitated, and the quality of fiber products is improved; feedback type direct tension control is adopted, so that the high-strength property of fiber materials is fully utilized; the tension of multiple fibers is controlled at the same time according to tension control valve values input by the upper computer, and tension control results during fiber placement are recorded, displayed and stored in real time.
