Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pushing belt anti-skidding alarming method and system of an electric shovel. The method comprises the steps that the rotating speed of a pushing motor for driving a pushing belt of the electric shovel is acquired and serves as the motor rotating speed; the rotating speed of one pushing input shaft, driven by the pushing belt, of the electric shovel is acquired and serves as the shaft rotating speed; the motor rotating speed and the shaft rotating speed are compared, if the difference value of the motor rotating speed and the shaft rotating speed is larger than the difference threshold value, an alarming signal is sent to a man-machine interaction device of a cab of the electric shovel. According to the pushing belt anti-skidding alarming method and system, due to the fact that the acquired motor rotating speed and the shaft rotating speed are compared, when the difference value of the motor rotating speed and the shaft rotating speed exceeds the difference threshold value, it is judged that the pushing belt breaks down, the motor rotating speed and the shaft rotating speed are not synchronous, alarming is carried out, and a driver is notified to stop and check a machine, the occurrence that the electric shovel cannot run due to breaking of the pushing belt is avoided, and the service life of the pushing belt of the electric shovel is prolonged. |
