Safe packaging and transporting method of sand mold or sand core

The invention relates to the field of packaging and transporting of sand molds or sand cores and discloses a safe packaging and transporting method of a sand mold or a sand core. The method comprises the following steps that S1, an integrated sand box is integrally formed by the sand mold or the sand core and a closed box body structure, wherein the sand mold or the sand core is located in the box body and makes no contact with the box body, and the sand mold or the sand core is fixed to the box body through loose sand; S2, the sand box is conventionally packaged and then can be transported; S3, after the sand box arrives at the destination, the conventional package is disassembled, and the sand box is taken out; S4, a top cover and four sidewalls of the box body in the sand box are sawn off in sequence, and the sand mold or the sand core and the loose sand are exposed; S5, after the loose sand is removed through a brush and a spray gun, the sand mold or the sand core is taken out. Compared with the prior art, the safe packaging and transporting method can fix the position of the sand mold or the sand core one hundred percent, and prevent squeezing or shaking from leading to breaking of the sand mold or the sand core in the transporting process.
