Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a coal piling protective device which comprises an outer fixing frame, a sensor fixing frame, a sensor, a transmission mechanism, a connecting rod and a coal piling touch guide rod. The sensor is provided with a travel switch and is fixedly arranged above the outer fixing frame through the sensor fixing frame. The connecting rod is erected on the outer fixing frame, the two ends of the connecting rod are connected with the outer fixing frame through bearings, and therefore the connecting rod can rotate axially around the outer fixing frame. The transmission mechanism comprises a transmission board and a sensor touch rod, the transmission board is fixed to the connecting rod, and therefore the two opposite ends of the transmission board can rotate around the connecting rod along with rotation of the connecting rod. The sensor touch rod is arranged above one end of the transmission board, an angle is formed between the sensor touch rod and the transmission board, and therefore the sensor touch rod can trigger the travel switch under the effect of the transmission board. The upper end of the coal piling touch guide rod is connected with the end, away from the sensor touch rod, of the transmission board and an angle is formed between the upper end of the coal piling touch guide rod and the transmission board. The accuracy and the sensitivity of the coal piling protective device are improved, the structure is simple, and safety production of a coal mine can be effectively guaranteed. |
