When the stacking device is used, the counting mechanism can only allow one inner bag to fall off at a time under the action of the swing pawls, therefore, the fallen inner bags can be precisely counted, the inner bags can be automatically and quantitatively filled as long as an outlet of the bag falling channel is aligned to a corresponding outer packing bag, and therefore manual interference can be reduced, and caused relevant problems can be solved. In conclusion, the inner bag packing machine can complete inner bag filling work through a mechanical arm segment.
