The intelligent seat cushion bag body comprises a central processing unit system, light, a video camera, a sensor, a warning device, an auxiliary accessory and a power supplying system. The display controller comprises a display screen, a device set controlling and processing module and a data communication device. The display controller is used for displaying the video content of the video camera of the intelligent seat cushion body and various functions for setting or controlling the intelligent seat cushion bag body, and the device set controlling and processing module is achieved through an ordinary smart mobile phone and a corresponding APP.
