Multilayer composite artificial travertine plate as well as composition and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a multilayer composite artificial travertine plate composition. The multilayer composite artificial travertine plate composition comprises a surface layer composition, an intermediate reinforcing layer and bottom layer sizing agent; the intermediate reinforcing layer is made from alkali-resisting gridding cloth; the surface layer composition comprises surface layer mill base, amphoteric metal and surface layer sizing agent. The invention also provides a multilayer composite artificial travertine plate prepared from the composition. The multilayer composite artificial travertine plate comprises a surface layer, an intermediate reinforcing layer and a bottom layer; the surface layer is prepared from the surface layer composition. The invention also provides a preparation method of the artificial travertine plate. The preparation method comprises the steps of coating a mold with the surface layer mill base, spraying a layer of amphoteric metal, pouring the surface layer sizing agent into the mold, laying the alkali-resisting gridding cloth, pouring the bottom layer sizing agent, and then carrying out the demolding and surface treatment to obtain the artificial travertine plate. The hole size, hole layout and surface grains of the prepared travertine plate can be adjusted according to the requirement of customers; moreover, the prepared travertine plate is light in weight and has the crack-proof effect; the preparation method is flexible to operate and low in cost.
