The invention relates to a width-adjustable device for wood sawing. The device comprises a moving workbench and a wood plate adjusting device which is arranged on the moving workbench. The moving workbench is arranged on a workbench of a wood plate cutter. The wood plate adjusting device comprises a wood plate blocking plate, a horizontal connecting rod, a moving rod and a locating device. The locating device is a plurality of wood plates which are vertically fixed on the moving workbench. The heights of the wood plates are an arithmetic progression. The space distance of the wood plates is the minimum numerical value of wood plate moving. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the moving rod drives the wood plate blocking plate to move, the wood plate blocking plate moves accurately and horizontally through the horizontal connecting rod, one end of the moving rod moves to a needed position through the locating device, one end of each wood plate abuts against the wood plate blocking plate, and by sliding of the moving workbench on the cutter, wood plate cutting is carried out conveniently with labor saved.
