Drill bit taking and placing module

The invention provides a drill bit taking and placing module. The drill bit taking and placing module comprises a base, double swinging parts and a swinging drive, wherein the double swinging parts and the swinging drive are arranged on the base. The base is arranged on a transverse displacement mechanism in a sliding mode. The double swinging parts are arranged on the base in a pivoted mode. The two ends of each swinging part form a first end and a second end respectively. The first ends of the double swinging parts are each provided with a first clamping claw in a pivoted mode, the second ends of the double swinging parts are each provided with a second clamping claw in a pivoted mode, and the swinging drive is arranged on the base in a pivoted mode to drive one of the double swinging parts so that the first clamping claws and the second clamping claws can conduct dependent and interactive parallel movement at different heights. Thus, the problems that because double clamping claws need to be aligned with drill bit taking and placing datum points respectively, a large number of work hours are consumed and the claw replacement speed and even the machining speed are influenced are solved.
