Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a working platform using a lighting curing device. The working platform is used for solving the technical problem that according to an existing automatic gel pouring PLC system, electronic silica gel curing time is long. According to the technical scheme, the working platform comprises a signal light plate, a ceramic substrate parallelism measuring device, a parallelism verifying element, an unqualified product stacking box, a finished product stacking box and the lighting curing device. As for a part with the surface needing to be quickly cured after gel pouring, by means of the lighting curing device, the electronic silica gel on the surface of the part is quickly cured, and besides, parallelism verification is carried out on the surface of the part after curing is finished. Three verifying endpoints of a parallelism verifying head make contact with the surface of the part to obtain three measurement values, and comparison between the largest difference of the three measurement values and a preset value serves as the standard used for judging whether the part is qualified or not in the working station. The working platform is used for curing multiple kinds of electronic silica gel which can be quickly cured under irradiation of specific light, and accordingly the curing time of the surface of the part is greatly shortened. |
