Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a composition for manufacturing turnout grinding wheels. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of boron phenolic resin, 50-65 parts of fused alumina zirconia, 3-7 parts of hollow alumina powder, 2-10 parts of thermoplastic fluid phenolic resin, 1-5 parts of carborundum powder, 3-9 parts of calcined bauxite, 1-5 parts of epoxy resin powder and 3-7 parts of elpasolite. The grinding wheel prepared from the composition has the characteristics of being high in strength, good in self-sharpening, simple in formula, good in process stability, easy and convenient to operate and low in cost. Meanwhile, the grinding wheel is high in polishing precision and quality and can precisely polish the spire part and other parts not easily polished of a turnout. The grinding wheel is not damaged during high-speed rotation. |
