The invention discloses a grinding wheel correcting device which comprises a fixed base plate, a movable base plate, a guide rail, a correction tool bit, a driving part and a feeding rotary knob. The fixed base plate is fixed to a grinding machine headstock, the movable base plate is rotationally fixed to the fixed base plate, the guide rail is fixed to the movable base plate, the correction tool bit is arranged on the guide rail and used for making contact with a grinding wheel, the driving part is fixedly connected with the correction tool bit so as to drive the correction tool bit to move relative to the guide rail, and the feeding rotary knob adjusts the feeding amount of the correction tool bit. When the position of the grinding wheel needs to be corrected, the driving part drives the correction tool bit to move on the guide rail, the movable base plate is adjusted to rotate relative to the fixed base plate, the feeding rotary knob is operated to adjust the feeding amount of the correction tool bit, and therefore the position of the grinding wheel is corrected.
