Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a grinding device and method for high-precision small-diameter points. Rotating discs are arranged on a vertical face of a bench. Spindles of the rotating discs are connected with a drive device in the bench. A plurality of rollers are connected to each rotating disc. Seal end covers are arranged at outer ends of the rollers. Axes of the rollers and axes of the rotating discs made angles of 45-60 degrees. By the grinding device and method, the points of parts are effectively ground, curvature radius and roughness of shaft points are guaranteed, and both production efficiency and part yield are improved. |
