Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a forging process for forge pieces like stepped shafts. The forging process comprises the steps that (1) a steel ingot is drawn into a forge piece blank with the diameter D, wherein according to the weight conservation principle, the length L1 of the left segment is larger than D/3 under the condition of the diameter D, and the length L2 of the right segment is larger than D/3 under the condition of the diameter D; (2) shoulder cutting and separation are carried out on the forge piece blank with the diameter D, the left segment is drawn to have the diameter D1, and the right segment is drawn to have the diameter D2; (3) a mould is adopted for upsetting the middle segment, wherein the mould comprises a first mould body and a second mould body, the first mould body is provided with a leakage shaft through hole, the end face of the first mould body serves a working face, the second mould body is provided with a leakage shaft through hole, the end face of the second mould body serves a working face, the first segment and the second segment stretch into the leakage shaft through hole of the first mould body and the leakage shaft through hole of the second mould body respectively, and the middle segment is forged to have a final forming size under the extruding effect of the first mound body and the second mould body; (4) the left segment and the right segment are drawn to have the final forming sizes respectively. According to the forging process, the material consumption is low, the machining amount is decreased, the machining time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and the consumption in the production process is lowered.
