Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a mold for thermoforming and pressurized-quenching of steel members. The mold has an upper mold (2) and a lower mold (3), the upper mold and/or the lower mold comprises base bodies (4, 5) made of high-thermal-conductivity materials, the base bodies have a cooling passageway (8), anti-abrasion plates (6, 7) are arranged on the base bodies, and the base bodies comprise at least two segmentations (9a, 9b, 9c, 10a, 10b, 10c). The invention also relates to a deep drawing mold used for thermoforming and preferably used for pressurized-quenching of steel members; the deep drawing mold comprises an upper mold, a lower mold and a compressing device; the upper mold and/or the lower mold respectively comprises a base body made of a light metal alloy material and an anti-abrasion plate arranged on the base body, and/or the base body comprises at least two segmentations, and the anti-abrasion plates are arranged on the segmentations; a part, positioned in at least one segmentation, of the base body, has the cooling passageway and is made of the high-thermal-conductivity material. |
