Release agent regeneration device

The invention relates to a release agent regeneration device. The release agent regeneration device comprises a tapered material storage device and a supporting device, wherein the tapered material storage device is provided with a feeding hole, a discharging hole, a recycling material opening, a material storage barrel, nozzles and a diameter-changing tee joint pipe; the discharging hole is connected with a bag type filter by a material pipe; the bag type filter is connected with a self-suction type air pump by the diameter-changing tee joint pipe; the self-suction type air pump is connected with the nozzles of the tapered material storage device by the tapered material storage device; the nozzles are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the material storage barrel; the material pipe is made of anti-corrosion plastic and the sections of steel pipes of the connection parts of the nozzles and the material pipe are trapezoid; the tapered material storage device 1 is fixed by a supporting frame of the supporting device; and the material pipe is provided with a three-way spherical valve. By virtue of the release agent regeneration device, the self-suction type air pump is used for providing power for driving the devices including the tapered material storage device, the bag type filter, the nozzle and the like to form a circulating release agent regeneration system, and the targets of clean production, recycling economy, energy conservation and environment friendliness of enterprises are easy to realize.
