Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an immunopotentiator and a preparation method thereof. The immunopotentiator is prepared from an active ingredient and pharmaceutically usable auxiliaries, wherein the active ingredient is a moisture position extract of cucumber leaves. The preparation method comprises the following steps: refluxing and extracting the cucumber leaf raw material with an ethanol solution, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to dry at reduced pressure to obtain a crude extract; dissolving the crude extract with water, adding petroleum ether to extract, removing the petroleum ether extract, and concentrating the water raffinate to obtain the water position extract of cucumber leaves. The immunopotentiator is stable in source of raw materials and low in price, and is efficient. The preparation method is simple.
