The intelligent ultrasonic navigation puncturing system comprises a type-B ultrasonic image collecting device, a puncturing depth collecting device, a communication network, a server management platform and a client side. The type-B ultrasonic image collecting device is used for collecting type-B ultrasonic images of patients and the spatial position of a type-B ultrasonic probe and transmitting collected information of the patients to the communication network. The puncturing depth collecting device is used for collecting the puncturing depth of the patients and transmitting collected information of the patients to the communication network. The communication network is used for transmitting collected information of the patients to the server management platform. The server management platform is used for receiving, storing and managing the collected information of the patients. The client side is used for accessing the server management platform and carrying out dynamic real-time puncturing guide, teaching and real-time diagnosis information feedback according to the information of the patients.
