Winding fabric garment with windproof cap

The invention relates to a winding fabric garment with a windproof cap. The winding fabric garment comprises a garment body (1); a plurality of breathable holes (2) are formed in the back portion of the cap of the garment body (1); a transparent mask (3) is arranged at the front portion of the cap; and the mask (3) is made of soft plastic and is connected with a brim through a zipper (4). Fabric used for making the garment body (1) comprises warp yarns and weft yarns; at least one set of yarns carry out curvilinear motion; and the adjacent yarns carrying out the curvilinear motion are wound to intersect with the yarns in the other set. The winding fabric garment can have the windproof effect. The winding fabric garment overcomes the shortcomings that woven fabric is prone to being folded, prone to crinkling and small in elasticity.
