Shrimp-roll preparation equipment

The invention relates to the field of food production equipment and particularly relates to shrimp-roll preparation equipment. The shrimp-roll preparation equipment comprises a conveying belt, a charging device, a winding device and a cutting device, wherein the charging device comprises a slurry-spraying nozzle and a cross rod for fixing the slurry-spraying nozzle; the cross rod is arranged above the conveying belt; the winding device comprises a conical winding drum and a driving device; a water-spraying pipe is arranged above the conical winding drum; the conveying belt is used for conveying tofu skin to be below the slurry-spraying nozzle, below the conical winding drum and below a cutter in sequence; and the charging device coats the tofu skin by the slurry of the shrimp rolls through the slurry-spraying nozzle. The shrimp-roll preparation equipment has the advantages that all the mechanisms are mutually matched, the tofu skin coated with stuffs is rolled into a long strip wrapping the stuffs by utilizing transmission matching between the viscous force of the winding drum and the shrimp rolls and the conveying belt, and then the whole preparation process of the shrimp rolls is automatically finished, so that the labor force is fully liberated; and simultaneously, the prepared shrimp rolls are flat and attractive and the weight and the size are same.
