Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a spinach tower, which adopts spinach as the main raw material, and is added with a small amount of a carrot juice, a celery juice, sesame seeds, peanuts, seasoning matters and garlic, wherein the components comprise, by wt%, 90-100 parts of spinach, 10-15 parts of a carrot juice, 10-15 parts of a celery juice, 5-10 parts of sesame seeds, 5-10 parts of peanuts, 1-10 parts of seasoning matters, and 1-10 parts of garlic. According to the present invention, with the production method, the two difficult problems of the deteriorating and the storage of the spinach are well treated; the material selecting is meticulous, the production is excellent, and the product has the rich nutritional value, and has characteristics of aging resistance, liver benefiting, eyesight improving, blood sugar lowering, blood fat reducing, liver and kidney nourishing, blood nourishing and dryness-syndrome moistening, and has the immunity enhancing effect; and the spinach tower is one of the essential vegetables in daily lives.
