The soybean ice cream powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-70 parts of soybean milk powder, 20-40 parts of sugar, 2-10 parts of milk powder and 0.5-4 parts of a stabilizer, wherein the soybean ice cream is prepared by mixing the ice cream powder and water in an ice cream machine. The soybean ice cream powder and the soybean ice cream prepared from the soybean ice cream powder disclosed by the invention are relatively low in fat content which is about 2%; and the soybean ice cream powder and the soybean ice cream can meet the requirements on low-fat food caused by consumers, and also have the advantage of abundant nutrients. |
