The semiconductor chips (3) are partially arranged at a first distance (D1) from one another and partially arranged at a second, relatively large distance (D2) from one another. Between the adjacent semiconductor chips (3) arranged at the first distance (D1) from one another there is a radiation-permeable first filling (41) for an optical coupling. Between the adjacent semiconductor chips (3) arranged at the second distance (D2) from one another there is a radiation-impermeable second filling (42) for optical insulation. |
