Freeze-drying conjugate-construct for point-of-care testing immunochromatography, a kit for immunoassay using the same, and a method for analysis using the kit

The present invention relates to a freeze-drying conjugate-construct for immunochromatography, a kit for immunoassay provided with the freeze-drying conjugate-construct and a strip for immunochromatography, and a method for subjecting an analytic substance in a specimen to qualitative or quantitative analysis by using the kit for immunoassay. The present invention uses a separately prepared freeze-drying conjugate-construct which externally and uniformly is reacted with a specimen and subjected to immunochromatography, thus enabling quantitative analysis to be performed with higher reproducibility and concentration linearity than the conventional method using an immunochromatographic strip including a conjugate pad prepared by adsorption of a conjugate. The freeze-drying conjugate-construct of the present invention may be contained in a chamber including an additional cap for delivery, so that the freeze-drying conjugate-construct can be preserved without contamination and readily carried, and is suitable for analysis of point-of-care testing because it can be quickly and uniformly dissolved so as to directly mix and immediately react with a liquid buffer and a specimen for analysis by using the kit for immunoassay.
