The method comprises: identifying a data packet of the same video service by the same request user; associating a video request data packet, a video response data packet and a video content data packet into a video clip; and determining a KQI of the video service according to the video clip. By associating data packets of the same video service to obtain the video clip, an accurate and complete video stream can be obtained. Applying the accurate and complete video stream to conduct video quality analysis is beneficial for truly reflecting the user experience and finally achieving the purpose of promoting the KQI of the video service.
