The invention discloses a method, a node scheduling server and a system for load balancing. The method for load balancing comprises the steps of: when receiving a scheduling request sent by a Web scheduling server, extracting identifiers of a first business data from the scheduling request, wherein the identifiers of the first business data are contained in the business request sent by a user terminal and is not contained on any node belonging to a Web service node set, randomly selecting a node having the first business data in the nodes belonging to a background node set as the scheduling node, transferring the identifier of the scheduling node from the background node set to a forward node set, sending the identifier of the scheduling node to the Web scheduling server, so that the Web scheduling server can add the identifier of the scheduling node int the local Web service node set, thereby finishing business scheduling aiming at the business request. The dynamic scheduling of the nodes between two virtual sets can be realized, and the load balancing among each node can be realized.
