Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a network congestion control method. The method comprises the following steps: when it is determined that network congestion occurs, according to a current congestion condition, determining TCP data flows needing to be adjusted and the adjusting object of each TCP data flow needing to be adjusted; and according to the corresponding adjusting objects, respectively adjusting each TCP data flow needing to be adjusted. The invention simultaneously discloses a network congestion control apparatus. By applying the scheme provided by the invention, the accuracy of adjusting opportunities can be improved.
