The invention provides a driving mechanism of a switching device. The driving mechanism a driving shaft (10) and a sliding piece (20). The driving shaft is rotationally arranged on a side wall of the switching device and has a switching-off position for separating a movable contact from a fixed contact of the switching device, and a switching-on position for enabling the movable contact to be in contact with the fixed contact of the switching device; a driving part (12) and a first limiting part (14) are arranged in the peripheral direction of the driving shaft. The driving part can be in contact with the sliding piece; due to the rotation of the driving shaft, the sliding piece is driven to slide along a sliding direction; at the switching-on position, the first limiting part can abut against the surface, toward the driving shaft, of the sliding piece. The driving shaft of the driving mechanism can be accurately positioned on the switching-on position by the first limiting part.
