Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp with a heat dissipation structure. The LED lamp comprises an LED module and a heat conductor, wherein the LED module comprises a transparent carrier plate, multiple LEDs which are arranged on the transparent carrier plate and a transparent adhesive layer which covers the LEDs, and the periphery of the transparent carrier plate comprises multiple electric conduction sections and multiple heat conduction sections; the heat conductor is connected to the heat conduction sections of the transparent carrier plate in an adhering way. According to the LED lamp with the heat dissipation structure, provided by the invention, a multidirectional illuminating purpose can be achieved, and a better heat dissipation effect is obtained.
