Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a passivation technology of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel. The passivation technology comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning: cleaning an ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel work-piece with water in a constant-temperature state; (2) drying: airing the work-piece in a clean environment; (3) polishing: putting the dried work-piece on a polishing machine and polishing the external surface of the work-piece so that no obvious scale cinder is formed on the work-piece surface; (4) passivating: soaking the work-piece in a constant-temperature hydrofluoric acid and corrosion inhibitor imidazoline mixed passivation solution for 3-8 minutes; (5) cleaning: cleaning away a residual passivation solution of the work-piece in clean water of which the temperature is 60-70 DEG C; and (6) drying: putting the cleaned work-piece in a drying case, drying at 180-220 DEG C for 2 hours, taking out and cooling to room temperature. The passivation technology has the beneficial effect that the technical problem of under-pickling or over-pickling of the ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel in practical production is successfully solved. |
