Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bionic affinity purification method of hyaluronidase. The method comprises the following steps: (1) reacting a base chromatography medium with trichlorotriazine for activation, respectively reacting with 2-aminoterephthalic acid and histamine dihydrochloride to synthesize a bionic affinity parting material; (2) purifying hyaluronidase with the prepared bionic affinity parting material, passing a sample containing hyaluronidase through an affinity chromatography column to adsorb the hyaluronidase on the affinity chromatography column, flushing the affinity chromatography column to remove the protein impurities, which are not adsorbed on the affinity chromatography column, and then changing the conditions of a buffer condition to elute combined hyaluronidase. The method provided by the invention can efficiently produce hyaluronidase with high enzyme activity at a low cost. |
