| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an elevator requiring no set of balance weight. Space of a lifting channel can be saved and vibration of a lift cable can be reduced at the same time of realizing miniaturization of a hoister. The elevator does not have balance weight and is provided with hoisters (3a, 3b), a cable (2a) driven by the hoister (3a) and a cable driven by the hoister (3b), and a lift car (1) driven by the cables (2a, 2b) to lift up and down. The rope winding ratios of the cables (2a, 2b) are 2:1 or 3:1 respectively. The hoisters (3a, 3b) are arranged symmetrically based on a gravity center (17) of the lift car (1) and are arranged in a manner of inclining to the opening direction of the car door (20) of the lift car (1). |
