Tyre vulcanizer and condensation water removing device

The invention provides a tyre vulcanizer which can properly exhaust and remove generated condensation water, so as to realize further improvement of productivity and properly protect a vacuum unit, and provides a condensation water removing device arranged on the tyre vulcanizer. The tyre vulcanizer is provided with a supply pipe which supplies heating and pressurization medium to the internal of an air bag, an discharge pipe which discharges the heating and pressurization medium from the internal of the air bag, and a condensation water removing device which is arranged between the supply pipe and/or the discharge pipe and the air bag, and separates the condensation water contained in the heating and pressurization medium from the heating and pressurization medium. The condensation water removing device is provided with a water tank with an inlet port and an outlet port for the heating and pressurization medium, and a baffle plate which is in the water tank and between the inlet port and the outlet port. The condensation water removing device is formed in that the heating and pressurization medium flown in from the inlet port impacts the baffle plate, so that the condensation water is separated from the heating and pressurization medium.
