Zusammenfassung: | A belt wheel push-type mechanical device is a raw material feeding system for a 3D printer using filamentous materials, and relates to the field of 3D printers using filamentous materials. A motor 1 is connected with a feeding wheel 2; the feeding wheel 2 drives a feeding conveyor belt 3; a material pressing structure 5 tightly presses filamentous materials 7 on the surface of the feeding conveyor 3 through an auxiliary feeding conveyor 4; a filamentous material positioning mechanism 6 guarantees that the filamentous materials are located in a proper position between the auxiliary power transmission belts 4 and feeding conveyor 3. The whole mechanism employs the surfaces of two conveyor belts (the feeding conveyor 3 and the auxiliary feeding conveyor 4) to act on the filamentous materials, so that the mechanism realizes larger force on the materials and smaller intensity of pressure. The raw material feeding system can further reduce requirements on filamentous materials, including the requirements of requirements of compressive strength, size and surface friction coefficient of the filamentous materials, extends the using range of filamentous materials and the adaptability of 3D printers, and provides guarantees for reducing usage cost of 3D printers and improving the printing precision of the 3D printers. |
