The invention provides a cast-in-place method of a concrete square pile. The method comprises the following steps: forming a reinforcement cage through a welding mode, bending main reinforcements at four corners of the reinforcement cage to form pile tips, placing a steel plate on the pile tips, connecting through the welding mode to form a framework of the concrete square pile, and placing the framework in a concrete square pile mold; unloading the stirred concrete in a concrete pump truck through a concrete transport vehicle; guiding the concrete into a ground pump by the concrete pump truck; guiding the ground pump into the concrete square pile mold through a distribution rod; curing the concrete to form the concrete square pile; finally removing the concrete square pile mold. By using the concrete pump truck and the layout mode of the concrete pump truck, the concrete can be quickly transported into the concrete square pile mold from a concrete stirring part, so the concrete cast-in-place efficiency is improved, the proportion of the concrete and the reinforcement is accurately adjusted, and the strength of the concrete square pile is improved.
