The control unit calculates the flow velocity signal of the infusion flow according to the received count signal, provides the temperature display signal according to the digital signal relative to the temperature, compares the display signal with the set temperature and provides the control amount; the flow velocity signal of the infusion flow, the temperature display signal and the control amount are respectively sent to the driving unit; the infusion flow and the flow velocity can be displayed by the display unit to be conveniently watched by the patient and the medical workers, the flow velocity can be changed by adjusting the throttle valve in necessity for obtaining better infusion effect. In addition, the heating circuit is used for heating the medicine liquid to the temperature, which is close to the temperature of human body, and the discomfort caused by the low temperature of the medicine liquid can be avoided for the patient.
